Question, my 4 week old went from pooping almost every feeding to nothing! He hasn't pooped in over 24 hours. He isn't fussy and doesn't seem to be in pain, but what is really going on? Anyone have any ideas if this is normal or not?

so ladies I know this is weird lol but I can't get comfortable enough to poop when hubby is around or even fart like I'm soo so shy and when he says he has to Fart or poop I'll be like "do it" but I can't seem to mainly poop cause I find It rude to fart in front of guys idk and we are about to move in together in a couple of weeks lol
my baby is 6 weeks old and i noticed he hasnt pooped well today all day he didnt and i was told to give him 1 ounce of water and he did poop but that was only 1 time all day today
hi mommies my 1 year old baby boy is having trouble pooping and when he strain he Cry's and it be hard what could I give him to make him not hurt when he poop ?
Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps? Or what do I do. He poops at least 2 times if not sometimes more a day. And it puts him in agonising pain. His Drs said don't worry but his Booty is always red, bleeding and hurts him.

it's normal. sometimes they don't poop daily.

they can go up to 10days without pooping.. its normal and you shouldnt worry.. some doctors say 14days tho.

If you're breastfeeding it's normal for them not to go everyday

I drink manzanilla tea and then through breastmilk my baby receives it and it helps with pooping

@medinaj690 @misssnow we are formula feeding right now because he has breast milk jaundice. hoping to go back to breast after his drs appt tomorrow

@boymom19, if he doesn't seem uncomfortable he's probably fine. Double check at appt 😊 mine is bm fed and the longest he went was 6 days but now starting to be more regular about every 3 1-2 times when he does

So I had this same thing with my baby about this age with not pooping. Enfamil Reguline changed everything! He would go 7 days with out pooping to now he poops 4 times a day at the most! It is something you should really try.
