aww I just had one shot and bled like crazy since Nov glad I'm off it @dawnrose

I was on the Depo for 4 years at the time of being on it I didn't mind it at all I didn't get my period for 4 years I lost around 30-40 pounds never PMS or anything. I did however completely lose my sex drive after I took the last shot it took me over 2 years to get pregnant my periods and everything went right back to normal 3 months after my last shot my last shot

aww I understand boo I can't stand deadbeat dad's I was a single mom since my oldest girl was 4 months tell I met my husband he been taking. care of her since she was a baby I have 3 others. @achappex3

I do. Lol. I'm not on it anymore. But I'm also a single mother and not rushing to have another set of twins or one anytime soon.

Well I got on it right after having my girls (twins) and all I could think about was not having anymore so lol

i got the depo just once and in those 3 months being in my system i craved EVERYTHING i was worse than when i was pregnant and after it i was already used to eating alot so i kept eating nd gained 33lbs i managed to loose 15 lol. I didnt get a period for a whole year, like a week out of every month i felt like i would when period would come but nothing, until i went to the Dr in late Nov she prescribed me some progesterone pills for 10 days (medroxyprogesterone) and 3 days after i finished them i got my period. That cycle is the one where i conceived ❤

The messed up thing is that it seems like the easiest option.

It really is. I gained a crap ton of weight (85 pounds). The only saving grace was that I didn't have a period for the year that I got it.

It took 9.5 months to get back on track period wise.

I don't either they should have been got rid of that BC girl it's a nightmare bc@amberdaine

I dont know why its still available. I bled for a year after I received the initial injection. I have heard of more times it didnt mix with someones body chemistry then of people who it did.
