Why are my boobs and nipples so itchy 😣😣

Mine were at first too because i had more than i could handle. What i was told to do is take a hot shower and massage your breasts(waste the milk).

It could just be your milk letting down then. Mine felt that way at first too then when he'd nurse i'd feel relived until he was almost done nursing i'd feel a slight itch or sting which i figured was hind milk.
