Question!! My Dr ok'd for me to take Tylenol PM to help me sleep. Dr approved is good but I'm still nervous about it…

@eylagulick thank you. I'm getting thru it. Some days are definitely better than others. I can honestly say that finding this app has been a Godsend. It really helps feeling connected to so many wonderful ladies out there. Really makes me feel like I'm not alone.

I went through my first and my third pregnancy alone (different dads) it is really hard specially because your emotions are really out of control but at the end everything happens for a reason and to be honest stuff like this only makes you stronger...good luck and you got this never doubt yourself no matter how much anxiety you have try to drink teas for the anxiety it'll help you a lot ☺️ like i said good luck and you got this 👌🏼😊 @sherilynne23,

@kitcatmeow8383 thank you. Truthfully I've been doing this alone for the last 10 years, well with the help of my family and what not, but without the other half. But this is the first time I've gone thru the pregnancy alone on top of everything else. It's all still very fresh. Only had my heart ripped out a few weeks ago. And it still just keeps getting worse. I really thought this time would be different. I guess the jokes on me. Smh

@ecahanes soo much anxiety at night. I don't know what it is but I swear as soon as the sun goes down I'm like a basket case. Gotta love the added hormones on top of the tragic details of my love life smh. Doing this alone can be no fun. Thanks again both you and @kitcatmeow8383 have helped to ease my mind. Hopefully I get some actual sleep tonight!! Fingers crossed.

If you have anxiety like me at night unison has helped me so much good luck and @kitcatmeow8383, lol whoops I always spell it wrong but yes it did take my morning sickness away in the morning without the b6

Like unison but Tylenol is category c just to let you know so take it just not like a every night thing

@ecahanes my Dr told me that Tylenol PM is just Tylenol with benadryl in it.

It's a sleep aid ask your doctor or a pharmacist about it I can send you a picture of the bottle I use tomorrow morning if you want I'm going to bed right now otherwise I would

And unison is category b

Also unison is more like a benedryl (in the same category) so it is safer then Tylenol pm Tylenol is a category c benedryl is b

I would take it tonight. My last pregnancy I had to take it at the end BUT I would recommend only doing one instead of the full dosage (2) it's strong. But if you chose unison do the 25 mg one and do half it's strong as well

Is there a reason why you won't take unison? My doctor recommended that over Tylenol pm because it's non addictive
