Definitely do your research. I refused to give my son those vitamins. They contain flouride which is a neurotoxin so definitely do your research and weigh your options

Yeah definitely not necessary, my doctor said they only showed improvements in one particular race but they couldn't just say one specific race needed it so they made it general. I won't be giving any to my son!

They usually test for iron levels at 6 months. My son was finger pricked to check his iron levels which turned out to be low and I had to supplement with the same medication twice daily which I did do and levels went up after couple months. He is also EBF. @momtobeagain,
