I'm really trying my hardest to breastfeed. My right breast is so hard right now. My son is literally attached to my boob. I put him to sleep right now and gave him a pacifier because I need a break. 😫 Have I mentioned that I've only running on an hour of sleep? I literally haven't slept since he was born. If he isn't with me he will scream bloody murder with everyone else. Did any of you ladies do both breastfeed and formula?

just be aware that supplementing right away could affect your milk supply and bf success. if hes happy with a paci that's good ☺

If someone else holds him give them the shirt that you wore all day or the one you're currently wearing. It does not matter how bad it may smell at the end of the day from booby milk or what not it works.

@kambam, I'm trying my hardest. I feel like he is never full. he was on my boob this morning from 5:00am-6:30am.

his tummy is still small so hes not hungry unless its been a while between feeds. he just needs to suck. I know how that is, its hard. just gotta get through it though ❤ i wasn't miserable breastfeeding until 4 weeks lol

I do both. Breastfeed and formula...I work from 4pm to midnight so my SO usually gives formula. I usually breast feed after I get off work in the morning and during the day he?still latches on :) its been a month now.

I know how u feel I couldn't breast feed my son since I couldn't produce so then I has to give him formula :/

@ingridm89, you'll get there just keep trying by next month you'll be a pro it just takes time for your milk to really come in as long as baby falls asleep after being on your breast he's happy and full and take care of your self with heat pads on ur breast or pumping! Wish you the best I know it's hard trust me I know lol even with my second kid lol
