What time you you guys get your LOs up for the day and what time do you put them down at night?? If my Squish sleeps in her crib she is up by 730 but if she sleeps with me she will sleep til 830-9. Then she's in bed not later than 830 but doesn't fall asleep until 9-930.

My daughters go to sleep at 10:15-10:30 and wake up at 9:30-10.
They also nap everyday from 12:45/1-3.

@achappex3, I was doing the same thing but my husband thinks it's better for her to get up at 8 and in bed by 9 with a nap in the middle of course

My girls came up with their own schedule. When they were little they'd have they're last feeding at 11:30 and sleep until 11:30.
Now that they're older they've adjusted. Which to me is fine because I'd rather be up later anyway.
However, when they start preschool they will be going to bed at 8:30-9 since they'll need to be up and there at 8:30

My LO goes to bed at 8pm every night and wakes up between 7 and 8:30. If he's not up by 8:30 I'll wake him up

He takes 1 nap a day for about 2.5-3 hours.
