Any suggestions.. my almost 1 year old refuses to sleep at night. I've given him a bottle, tried rocking and even cuddled with him in my bed. I honestly don't know what to do and I don't want to let him cry until he falls asleep

@rmreed, yeah we do. I think it might of been that we didn't start at our usual time since I worked later so he was thrown off

A sound machine? Do you guys have a routine...like bath, bottle, snuggles..bed? Maybe that would make it easier and eventually he'd get used to it

Maybe limit napping during the day and lots of activity in the afternoon, preferably outdoors.
Limit sugar and juice in the afternoon?

@rmreed, I just tried that for about an hour but he kept trying to wiggle around and get off my bed.

@immabeecourtney, He actually doesn't nap during the day anymore. He refuses so we put him down for bed around 8:30
