So, it's only been a little over 4 weeks since my csection with the twins... we had unprotected sex for the first time around 2 weeks ago. Is this even possible right now!? I didn't know if maybe hormones could have something to do with it or what. Please, no negative comments I'm already freaking out.

It could be positive or it could be your hormones coming down from birth still. I got a positive until 6 weeks after birth from my son and it was just my levels dropping. I would test in two to four days an see if the lines get darker cuz it could go either way yet

I don't know much but it could be from the hormones from you recent pregnancy because I thought you had to be further along for a home pregnancy test to be positive. they say implementation is a 2 week period so you would have just implanted not long ago if you are pregnant again so not sure. it could be though never know I would see your doctor.

I Googled (I know) and apparently the APA says hcg levels take 4-6 weeks to go away after birth, but it could be possible that you are pregnant again. But yeah, either give it a few days and check again or give your doctor a call. Good luck!!
