Last night until this morning I've been having dreams about cheating on my fiance with my ex's, I feel so bad about it. The last time I had dreams like this I was pregnant with our son. I usually tell him all my dreams but I don't want to tell him these. I had like four different ones. what should I do?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
