Any moms actually use whiskey or brandy for teething babies?
Not sure which route to go.. liquor or baby orajel.

That is what my mom use on me when I was a baby that is what my mom's mother used on her an that's what I use on my kids gums whiskey an it works like a charm an it never put us to sleep it just helps with the pain!!
Frozen waffles to chew on and Tylenol for the pain
Ya do what you find best hun. Also my sister would freeze a waffle and give it to her little one I never tried it but it worked to numb her gums too lol
Oragel never helped with my daughter. It just made it harder on her. I was always told to use some brandy but never did. My whole family says it works best.
@michelleaaliyah, yea.. I know I probably sound crazy.. but I rather rub some liquor on her gums to numb it then a "chemical" .. if that makes any sense.. I personally don't use medicine much at all for myself, unless absolutely need be.. ( I mean I had a breast reduction and used one pain killer once the entire recovery ) so I'd prefer Aurora not use to much either.
My brother used it for his first born just rubbed it on her gums and worked like a charm it didn't put her to sleep either but I used orajel which also worked like a charm lol
I think that's just something old people say! Don't give alcohol to a baby!
