Any mamas on the nexplanon ?? Is the nexplanon A good birth control? What's the side affects? Thinking bout getting that…

I bled the entire year i had it and the second time my body rejected it and i got very sick until it was removed but as for birth control it works VERY well

I have had nexaplanon since March 2016 & my period has stopped. I didn't gain weight, nothing.

I'm going to try the non hormonal iud this time I just don't remember what it is called unless my test comes back with a high chance of getting ovarian cancer if that's the case I'm just having them remove my ovaries after I have this baby

@mommyof2blessings. no I just got off of this birth control called introvale, it had me bleeding for almost 5 months it was supposed to give me a period 1 time every 3 months this wasn't good pill to be on either , I've also been on the mini pill cause I'm breastfeeding and it was supposed to help with not having periods. right now I'm taking a break cause I feel like I'm putting my body under to much meds and I can't stand all the bleeding that I'm doing .

And that's the thing most people experience weight gain on any BC it just depends on your body @mommyof2blessings.,

I'm on Nexplanon and everybody is different because I have a period every other month but it last 2 weeks and give me bad headaches

Mine made me feel like I was pregnant but I still got my period I was sick and bitchy

I had it and didn't like it made me bleed a lot and was very depressed

Different for everyone I gained tons of weight in two months I was very depressed and moody with

I was on it for about a year and a half a few years ago for me it was a love hate thing because I bled so much I was always bleeding! The only positive thing was my cramps weren't as bad anymore and it kept me from getting pregnant (lol probably because I was always bleeding 😂) and it also gave me this weird discharge which was shedding of my uterus which I guess it was common for other people to have it too but it was just too much for me I wanted it out at that point .

im on it this is my second time getting it I love it and definitely recommend
