I don't know about stages.   The only thing I did was delayed meats till 8 months.

My son at 7 months was eating what we were eating. Now at 9 months he eats everything.  We had meatloaf and sweet potato wedges last night.   Look in to baby led weaning.

Sounds about right. Some babies eat table food at 9 months
