Hey mommies! Trying to figure out where to start with losing the rest of my baby belly. It's almost going to be two years 😞any advice on diets and exercise routines??? Thanks!!!
The way I always start is just with a diet plan and very very small exercise. I use the app myfitnesspal it's super easy and it helps keep track of all the calories you eat so you can see what your body is taking in! Other than that I just do a small set of crunches every morning and night (like 100) after a few months of getting into that pattern I started adding in the gym when I knew my diet was set and I was motivated enough to be at the gym. I lost 50 lbs in 6-7 months this way before. Now I'm almost 7 months pp and I started dieting on the 12th of January and Ive already lost 10 lbs, 2 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips! I was never one for diet and exercise but the truth is I stopped listening to everyone else and I did what worked for me not what worked for everyone else! Find what works for you and you'll see the lbs just start to melt off😊
Look up trim heathy mama - THM, I did it before I was pregnant and I lost 30lbs. Then got pregnant. I got introduced by it from a lady at church. It changes your eating habits and not dieting but learning the better choices by going slow and steady.
