So my 6 month old has gone from sleeping through to waking every few hours??!! Not sure what's going on. Also panicking because she's rolling over in her cot that she might suffocate so I'm not sleeping 😳

Yes it's totally okay to leave her. Like Sara lou said, if they can turn over they have the neck strength to turn their heads to a side and even lift their heads up. Now if she was like mine, uncomfortable and squealing and screaming when flipped on to her tummy then help her out, but if she's comfy sleeping away, put her to sleep on her back and then onwards let her do her thing x

So it's ok to leave her if she goes to sleep like that? I turned her over so it woke her. She has her grow bag on, Ewan the sheep & her mobile nothing else I'm just so panicking. I worry so much first time mom.
Thank you everyone for your help xxx

Yup. It's that rolling over sleep regression. I think us fussing over them probably doesn't help. Unless they seem like they're struggling just try letting them fuss for a bit? Just take out anything possible to cause any dangerous situation. We had to put the side up on his co-sleeper because he was grabbing on to the fitted sheet of our bed and climbing up to our mattress!

At 6months if she's rolling she can also lift her head and move to the side, unlike a newborn. So as long as there's not loads in the cot she'll be fine try not to worry.
