What do you/did you do to not eat so much? I mean of course I'm not on a diet I eat what I want while trying to stay healthy but I could eat literally all day and night... I'm ALWAYS starving.
I constantly hear "drink more water!!" I don't think that's the whole story though. High proteins (legumes!!!) and raw broccoli are great at curbing appetite. Rice cakes with peanut butter - great snack.
