I feel like being around my boyfriends family(parents,brother and his gf mostly)is like a nightmare i can't wake up from. they always critize me for things and then tell me i'm nursing my child wrong or i shouldnt nurse or i'm raising my baby wrong. they let him be on his tummy until his muscle are sore,they dont listen to me when i tell them not to put him on his tummy on a hardwood floor. my boyfriend and i have a system where one comforts him and the other makes a bottle sometimes. they tell me tp do it myself. to be cont..

then they tell me to let him cry it out(when he crys to much he does a broken heart cry)which to me is like letting him feel abandoned. they also tell me he can be spoiled. i also started him 9n solids because he showed readyiness. i hate it bc they act like my baby is dumber than he is and im the dumbest person they know. ive also been called dumb several times by my bfs youngest brothers girlfriend. the only immediate family nice to me is his middle brother and of course neices

I would keep doing you and what you feel is best even if it feels like a broken record. You know what feels best, don't let them win. (I'm VERY stubborn sometimes, so speaking from my own experience) and soon people will get used to how u mean business lol he's your son, not theirs.
