Hello!
I am 4 weeks barely and freaking out! I'm 22 and healthy but this is my first pregnancy. I've taken 3 tests the last being a clear blue test and all were positive. I've got some nauseousness and feel some pressure and discomfort in my abdomen which I've heard is normal but it scares me. I am so afraid of the possibility of miscarriage. No blood or bad pain so far but I have a history of anxiety so I think the next weeks will be hard. Any advice for a first timer?

I had that fear my entire first trimester and well into my second. I know it's tougher said than done but try to relax. Stressing isn't going to help. Lavender bubble baths were a life saver for me!

the pressure and discomfort is normal and I know things are scary but you have to think positive and as long as there is no bleeding or anything everything should be fine

@trustinhim, my SO makes fun of me because whenever I'm anxious or stressed or worried I take a bath. Just make sure the water isn't too hot!

@asunaking15, I was using lavender bubble bath, but due to dry skin switched to aveeno baby lavender soap.

Pressure is normal, mild cramping is normal, feeling weird is normal, even light spotting is normal. Unless you are painful or bleeding you are okay! :)

@asunaking15, mine too, and since being pregnant I will randomly break out in hives.

Thank y'all so much for the advice! I'm a little sad to say goodbye to really hot baths though 😞
