Hello! I am newly pregnant and incredibly worried! I just found out and due to my history of anxiety miscarriage is a constant fear. Any pressure or pang of pain alarms me. None are actually that bad I think it just startles me. Any advice for a new and scared mama to be 😂

Just try and relax take warm baths or do things that keep you calm. This is going to be a long journey and things will frighten any mother to be whether they have a history of anxiety or not. These babies are going to scare you going and coming especially if it's your first. Small things frighten me and one night earlier in my pregnancy I had a super bad bleed and I freaked out, got to the ER and everything was fine. Most important thing to remember you're not really staying calm for you but you have to stay calm for your little one. Good luck!!

How far along are you? I'm the same way, I just find stuff to keep my mind off the negative

I'm the same way. I'm constantly worried about my babies every time there is a strange pain or some blood (I've had bleeding off and on so far) everything will work itself out gotta stay calm for the little ones :)

I think every mom goes threw this. Just stay calm! Stress isn't good for baby! You'll feel all kinds of different pinches and pulls! Unless your bleeding it's very normal mama :)

Try ancient minerals magnesium lotion! It's safe to use during pregnancy and it's the safest way to take magnesium (transdermally) magnesium helps with stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, and often times prenatals don't have enough of it. You should look into it!
