Whats the best pillow for a flat head? I think ruby may have a flat head. No matter how much i change her head she always goes back on it

Flat Head Syndrome
Any others moms-to-be out there terrified of flat head syndrome? I was reading Rock'n'Play reviews and some parents swear that they caused flat spots on their childs' heads which required helmets to correct! Now I'm re-thinking having one on our registry. Someone tell me I'm just being crazy haha but as a FTM it's hard to know what is truly a concern vs not.
My son has had a flat head since 2 months old. Everytime he goes to the doctor I ask about it and she always says ‘do tummy time, prop him up, sit him up more’. He is now 8 months old and since 4 months has been always propped up. Should i get a second opinion because to me, his head is pretty darn flat
My baby's head is flat on one side because he refuses to sleep on the other side of his head. 😧 No matter what I try to do to keep it turned, nothing works. What should I do? Never really had this issue with my other kids. Also, will his head even itself out or will it be flat forever? 😟
