On amazon they have different teas for nausea. The pink stork is popular but there's another brand on amazon that you can get at walgreens. I'm definitely getting it once I get pregnant. Sea Bands also work great!
Nothing, you can ask your dr to give you something for nausea. It's something we have to deal with.

Can I handle this with no pain meds(sometimes u can't make it in time)
Do I want to go to the hospital 10x before I'm actually in labor.
