Question for previous/current soy formula momma's: My son is about to turn one and it's about that time to start weaning off formula. I'm just curious as to which direction to go as far as cows milk or if anyone stuck with soy???
We've given him a little bit of cows milk every once in a while, but wondering if any momma's stuck with just soy and how they did? i'm thinking of doing both? help? lol

My boy will be 2 years old in march and has never had cows milk. He's only had soy milk and the occasional almond and rice milk. He's healthy as can be! 110th percentile 😊

i didn't continue it with my son. i just switched him to cows milk and he done great.

see how he handles cows milk. if it seems like it upsets his tummy got to soy if not go with cows milk. my middle son was on soy and when he was a yr old he went to cows milk and did great and my 10 month old is on soy I'm going to put him on soy at a yr old.

My daughter needed soy formula but she transitioned to regular milk just fine. She loved her milk... now at 14, not so much🙄

@annarose94, i really think i'd like to stick with just soy and see how he does! i have had milk allergies myself and think it will save me to a trip to the allergens in the long run
