meditation has really helped me with anxiety. I saw a therapist a few months ago after I told him I wasn't ready to be on meds he recommended a mediation app called insight timer. there are also groups you can join there like anxiety groups that give amazing advice. sorry you're going through this it sucks don't be afraid to seek help

Take deep slow breaths. And know the feeling will pass, it won't be there for ever, and you will be okay.
