So tomorrow I go in for my 2 week pp check. I didn't even know they had those types of appts but whatever!
What I wanna ask everyone is, have any of y'all talked to a therapist after you gave birth? For like whatever reason, whether is be postpartum depression or something else.
I don't think I have postpartum depression because I don't look at my son with anything but love and joy, BUT everything else in my life have always been factors in my sanity and I feel like I'm going to explode. Would that appt be the place to mention these feelings to probably talk to someone who DOESNT know me so I can get genuine unbiased advice or help?
Just cause u don't look at ur son a certain way don't mean u prob don't have it. U should talk to a therapist cause it can get worse and talking it out does help . You should deff mention it tomorrow ur doctor can assist u on going forward ❤
yes tell him, your OB will ask u how you're feeling, check you & make sure your healing correctly, prescribe u a birth control of u want etc etc.
PPD, absolutely doesn't have to be just with baby. It can mean a plethora of things.
But I'd definitely bring it up! You don't want it to escalate before you're ready to talk to someone.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
