hey how much caffeine can I have at 15 weeks peegnant? my mom bought me orange soda and I thought it was caffeine free because I refuse to drink caffeine during my pregnancy l. and I looked and it said it contains 41mg of caffeine per can and I've had 3 so far today. I'm do upset I wanted to stay caffeine free the while time now worried

you're gonna be fine. when my stomach and baby allows, I'll drink about 2 cups of coffee most days!

I don't know where they heard that one but I've never heard of soda causing bleeding. You shouldn't have a ton of soda just because it's so full of sugar and bad for your overall health...... but I've never heard of it causing bleeding!
@shellbell0391 now my friend told me that me drinking orange soda could be the reason I've been bleeding... I thought any caffeine free sodas were ok....?

March dimes recommends limiting caffeine intake to less than 200mg a day
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had a lot of bleeding issues in my first trimester and it had nothing to do with caffeine. And ITS NOT YOUR FAULT. Stay strong, mama.
