I think my little man is a bit constipated as he tries soo hard to poo and sounds like he's pushing with all his might, any hints and tips to help him?

I used to give Morgan sips of cooled boiled water in between feeds & winding his legs as if he's riding a bike when he was a newborn, as he had awful constipation for a little while.

Get a cotton wool and put a bit of Vaseline there @bethrolls, I haven't tried it but I've heard it works xx

i gave my daughter infacol just before feeds.. that seemed to work xx
