TMI Question (FTM : 30 weeks)

I woke up (but in a bit I'm falling back to sleep) to go do a pee run like I've been doing for months now thanks to little Delilah being on my bladder. This time it's a little different. As i sat down and let it out I felt a bit uncomfortable as if I'm being stretched? Is this normal or a sign that it's almost time??
