breastfeeding as a first time mom is SO easy......... said no mom ever. π
baby boy is 4 days old & mama is still learning, but everyday is easier and/or mom enlightening.
my milk has been in for a couple days now & baby boy is loving it. I am learning how to old him better & gaining more confidence. I am still getting use to this not sleeping much thing though...π³
sadly yesterday we had an jandice scare, so we had to get his blood work done... which resulted in us being out longer than excepted. I felt terrible that he didn't have the comfort of his bed, but he seemed pretty happy in daddy's arms. thanks to God-- his levels were not too high & I just have to make sure he's feeding every 2 hrs & I need to take him into the sun twice a day.
what first time mother scares have/are you having??? πβ£οΈ Jandice scared me. I nearly passed out in the hospital lobby.

It will all be okay Momma!! He will be a healthy boy πjust enjoy his little hands and fingers & hold him to you. Skin to Skin is very important for you & daddy πΉ
If you have a swing or a bouncy seat, set him in it when he's not eating or anything. Put it by the window where there is a lot of sun light and it'll help a lot. That's what I did with my daughter when she was first born.
