yeah im pretty sure im an idiot ... i was watching tv earlier and ate a bunch of chips not even realizing how many... ugh now im regretting it. im trying to get my bp down it was 144/88 and i drank some orange juice and ate a banana and now about a hour later it is 134/79 so not to bad now
