@pdouse, yes it really sucks... 😓 my cervix is 0 dilated and it's annoying...

I am in the same boat with you. I am 39 weeks and my doctor says she can push me to 1cm. Been that way since I was 36 weeks. And nothing I have done is working. I feel your pain.

And yes according to the ultrasound I'm a week earlier than what I'm actually am.

I had her natural with an epidural. everything went perfect.

went into labor 39w3d....but actually according to my OB & by her ultrasound measurements, I had her 40w2d lol but by my last missed period she would have been 39w4d.

i had her 39w4d

@nori2, yes girl I tried everything and nothing.. I go for my app tomorrow but they just going to do an ultrasound

my doc said he doesn't make sense to do too much walking. the day of labor is when a women needs to walk . I honestly believe that. I'm 40+ weeks, walked , sex, and more . nothing has worked. I am 1cm dialated after going for my visit today

@mamabear0107, my mom didn't dilate at all until the day she gave birth to me... I hope I at least dilate something before my due date...

I didnt dilate AT ALL till the day before I had my daughter. My cervix was "unfavorable" you will get there when mother nature says its time

@naylaa, girl I have done everything in my power to help.. But nothing... I walk, I walk up hills, sex, squats and walk up and down the stairs...

You can do so extra walking that might help
