So my SO's 'sister' has been buying stuff for Baby Colten nonstop. Now she has decided she wants to help with our baby shower this Saturday. I don't mind it at all it's just I don't know her well. And I hate talking to people and he is leaving me to talk to her about the shower by myself. It's nerve wrecking.

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever...
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. It's just awkward. She isn't really his sister. She is his half sister's sister. And I've only been around her a few times. She has decided she wants to make a bunch of decorations which I am thankful for since we were keeping things simple to keep the cost down. But I just feel weird about it.
