so my baby is 10 months old. after I had him I went right back to prepregnancy weight. not a pound over not a pound under. Well now I'm packing on weight like no other. I'm already 15 lbs up what the hell is going on with me?! I'm not eating any different. I am planning on buying a treadmill for the rest of the winter. are there any walking mom's and will walking help me? I ask because I've never walked to lose weight just at times when I'm stressed.
@lala85, not a problem!! Anything I can do to help. I've been there, done that. My fiancé are done with kids, so I got my tubes tied this time around. So hopefully with my beach body in a couple months after I heal from surgery, it'll be enough to keep the weight off!
Good luck and keep me posted on how you feel on the detox. Just remember, keep eating and keep yourself hydrated and healthy!! Don't fall off because you want to lose the weight. That's how you'll make yourself sick ❤

They do loosen your bowels. Depends on how often you drink it and the toxins in your body to begin with. I didn't find it too bad, compared to the chronic IBS I already suffer from. You can find it at the grocery store normally in the tea or organic isle. I'm not sure which grocery stores you have in Nebraska: when I took it in Rhode Island I got mine from stop and shop. Here in Indiana we have Kroger, ruler and JayC.
@hollyann710 I'm planning on streaming some zumba videos on YouTube and doing the detox tea as well. where can I find the teas? do they give you the runs?
I know I gained 60 lbs after having my first because of birth control.
Walking will definitely help, but what really helped me was the beach body programs and work outs. I lost the 60 lbs and an extra bit more in 4 months. Along with detoxing with traditional medicinal detox tea
