Oh thats a nice area! I lived in Mt Pleasant...which was super family friendly and only a decent drive to Charleston!

Beaufort is quite touristy but its really nice and super family friendly

Is there a lot of crime? Are there a lot of community events? I definitely want to live somewhere cute not grungy and gross
