idk what to do I decided not to breast feed but my boobs keep filling up with milk their so fill they hurt and feel so heavy. there gotta be something I can do.

Mine did the same thing when I stopped. But it eventually dried up

if your not going to BREAST Feed buy cabbage and put the leaves all around your breast and it will suck up the milk. I know it sounds ridiculous but it works I did that after having my both boys once in 2012 and again in 2016 because my breast were engorged. it works and feels so good especially when it's really cold right out the fridge. try it.... it also helps the pain
