I tore during childbirth and the bm after didn't hurt, it just felt weird like you explained, like my body didn't know what to do! the pushing part felt foreign ha

@infamousmama_ it doesn't hurt. I didn't tear during labor though, so I'm not sure if pain would occur if I did. I was personally nervous & typically when someone has a BM it's a natural release, but for me at least it was like I haven't used those muscles before. that's the best way I can explain it. it didn't hurt though! so don't be scared. 🙃

@patti28 haha. I had my first BM after baby today. very... weird! it's like your lower half doesn't belong to you. 😳 but I'm sure it only gets easy after that.

Every first time mom should be warned. Lol
