I've been going thru the exact same thing. Some feedings my son just cries and others he is fine. He hardly fussed until after 3 months so I know it's not colic but maybe a growth spurt or possibly teething?? It's all a guessing game at this point!

Gas drops might help. Hang in there, first 3 weeks are the hardest

I would def reach out to a lactation consultant if you feel very overwhelmed (or even some moms here). Keep trying if you can! I unfortunately did not produce at all. My milk never came in for some reason so I never had the opportunity but wish I did! Formula brings its own set of issues (constipation, fussiness, expense, etc).
