Did you end up switching formulas?

At 3 months not a lot can be done. It kind've sounds like baby has acid reflux, and if that's the case some doctors will give meds for it, some will not. Mine would not. Try to keep baby elevated.

If your not comfortable (or beginning to feel uncomfortable) with your pediatrician there's absolutely nothing wrong with finding a new one. I actually just switched my girls for this very reason.

@nicipicky, they are closed all weekend so I gave her pedialyte yesterday to settle her stomach and I'm gonna go back to the dr in about an hour and ask about switching formulas or doing something more to find out what's wrong. I was reading online that it could be a blockage in their belly or something if it happens frequently but she hasn't run any tests on her at all. And she's dropping weight. It's so frustrating and heart breaking to see your baby lose weight instead of gain it

@achappex3 we tried the reflux medicine it's not working. I think it's the formula.

Don't feel like you're bothering them! You want your baby to be healthy! It seems like they should be doing something more to me. Especially if she's losing weight. Hopefully you get some answers today. And she starts doing better. Keep me posted! Good luck!

I would take her in to her dr and talk about trying similac alimentum

my son was on 3 different similacs. the last one he was throwing up his entire bottle so they sent him to a GI doctor and he's been put of Nutramigen. he holds it down and seems satisfied .

@randaroo, oh my. I hope it doesn't go that far 😥 it's so heartbreaking to see them sick and you can't fix it right away

Keep on their ass, trust your gut. If you want tests tell them you want tests. And don't take any excuses. They are there for you.

@nicipicky, she gave me a sample can of gentle ease formula and we are going to do an ultrasound just in case. She said she thinks her belly is okay

That's the formula I was gonna suggest to try! That's what I use when I have to use formula. It's suppose to easy on their digestion. Hopefully it works! Let me know if it works.
