the exante diet has arrived and will be starting it in next couple of weeks. has anyone done this? the complete 3 shake a day for 4 weeks is meant to lose between 2 to 3 stone?! someone please tell me this works as im not going lanzarote in may otherwise 😂😂

If you could chose the cut off point for terminations at what week would it be?
