Last week I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My first time ever experiencing this. But since finding out I completely changed my eating and exercising habits in full 360 mode. I do the shakes in the morning, light lunch, yogurt snack and a light dinner. I don't do much at night for dinner bc I try my best to prevent those horrible heartburn attacks at night. Oh and I drink what seems to be gallons of water. Since this is my third and final pregnancy I'm gonna do all possible! But if anyone going through the same situation let me know what you do differently or how that affected you and the pregnancy.

I know what you mean! I been diabetic since I was 9 years old! Since I found out I'm pregnant I been eating super healthy! No fast food no greasy food. I been meal prepping a lot as well and exercising so I can keep my blood sugar under control. It's hard but you will get the hang out it, remember you're doing this for your little one to come to this world healthy and strong 💕👶🏻
