My almost 4 week old has had 4 diarrhea/loose and dark bm diapers since 4! Should I be concerned? He's eating and no fever

I know its really comfusing keep up with how many weeks you are!!! I just use the 4 multiples .. 4*1 1 months 4*2 is 8 week that two months 4*3 is 12 that's 3 months 4*4 is 16 which is 4 months 4*5 is 20 which is 5 months 4*6 is 24 which is 6months 4*7 is 28 which is 7 months 4*8 is 32 4*9 is 36 which marks the last month
