Anyone else dealing with "restless leg syndrome"?? I'm a fitness instructor and I work out, teach and stretch everyday and yet starting a few days ago... my legs get that terrible feeling EVERY night! Miserable. Anything you tried worked??
I take 500mg of magnesium every night before bed and it's worked wonders!!!!! A friend's doula suggested it and when I checked with the Maternal Fetal doctor he said it was a great idea. And honestly, it works so well (in conjunction with stretching and staying hydrated!)
Mine are like that when I try to relax on the couch. Once I lay down in bed it goes away..... dunno why that's the only way to get them to stop

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

yes I have the same problem it makes me absolutely crazy I have to get up and go lay on the couch sometimes that will help but often times im literally up for hours until i just finally pass out from being sooo tired
