Any other moms experience a growth spurt with their babies around 9/10weeks ?

My baby is 9 weeks and she's been eating 4oz at every feeding and she's been sleeping 10 hrs at night and taking naps. I think a growth spurt is coming!

Wow!! Most we've gotten is a 4 1/2 hour stretch at night but he cat naps during the day & is eating a bunch , being super clingy
