so. I'm laying in a bed trying to go to sleep and I can't bc my heart rate won't slow down. like my heart feels like it's in my throat and I can Bearly breath. I'm 7 months pregnant. idk if this is something bad. someone help.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

So I used my Doppler a few times today trying to find my baby's heartbeat. After a few failed attempts I think I finally found it! Problem is I don't know how to work my Doppler very well so I don't know how to pick up how many bpm there are. I guess I'm wondering that since I'm so early, is it possible for my baby's heart rate to seem a little "low"? Like its higher than my heart rate but when I recorded it on my phone it comes out to barely 98 beats or so and my heart was 80 beats in the recording. Am I doing it wrong or maybe because I'm still learning how to find it, it seems low? Maybe it's just hard for the Doppler to pick it up? I'm not worried because the heart sounded great I'm just curious about yalls opinions?
Questionable texts on my husbands cell. I'm not usually the type to snoop, but I have a terrible gut feeling. I just did a bad thing and texted asking who they were. I feel like I'm crazy for even doing that. ughh. my heart is racing.
I was born with a lot of hair my boyfriend was born with a lot of hair plus he is Mexican and Mexican babies always have like a bunch of hair why is it I have no heart burn ? Not that I'm asking for it it's just that am I gonna have a bold baby ? :/

Yea heart rate is super important to monitor. It can affect baby (possibly) so If you feel okay you're probably fine. Just Get in touch with your doctor or midwife asap. 👍🏽

You have to relax though. Elevated heart rate affects your baby directly @kobikolemom I know it's hard. Do you have tea?

You may be having a panic attack. Just relax make sure your sitting up and not lying down and drink some water. If you feel like it's still going too strong then I'd give my doctor on call a call.
