need some advice mommies: my son got sick on Wednesday night at midnight. he was congested and couldn't sleep. I stayed home with him all day Thursday and he seemed better. but yesterday he started with a phlegm cough and it seems like it's getting worse. should I take him to the er? idk what to do? 😢😔🙁
