@rene_74 I hate medication and he has been on so many lately because he has had Croup, ear infections, bronchilitis... and the list goes on. I try not to treat a fever I too it gets too high.

cool cloth under the armpits, try skin to skin to get the fever down, lukewarm shower too can help. steam shower for the cough. maybe even children's Motrin. *reminder- treat the symptoms. if baby is feeling better no need for the meds if you don't like them. my hubby and I use that as a last resort. if he's miserable with a fever and everything else hasn't improved.. I'll give a dose. but too remember a fever is designed to kill the virus or bacteria. as long as the temp doesn't stay too high for a long time, your LO will get better. his body is doing what is supposed to. good luck momma. 🙏🙏
