@aaliyahgibson90, my mom gets hers from Walmart or this place called Lamberts. Idk much about Lamberts so idk if there's one in your location but I'm sure you can look up their website or try Amazon or something
Try grapefruit oil... massage it on your feet and keep your feet elevated... drink lots of water!

@lisa_gandy I didn't realize they we're swollen until after I got out the shower so i'll just elevate them since I'm in the bed hopefully that'll work
Compression socks are a big help for some people. I've never tried them but my mom has had to wear them a lot cause her feet/ankles swell really bad and they help her @aaliyahgibson90,
@aaliyahgibson90 whenever my feet are swollen I take a warm bath so my feet can soak for a while and then get in bed and elevate them.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@aaliyahgibson90, hopefully you find some or at least find something that helps you! Swollen feet sucks!
