My four month old has a temperature of 101.0, she still eating good , pooping good and she seems fine . Should I take her to the e.r ?

I wouldn't.  just give Tylenol and motrin. Every 3 hours alternate them.  that is all the ER will do for the baby other than an IV

She most likely has a tummy bug but that's good she's eating or drinking. I would call her pediatrician or family doctor first.
