so I'm almost 23 weeks. and I have been experiencing the worst anxiety. today I hyperventilated so bad that I passed out and hit my head on the stove. I'm a first time mom that is scare shitless (please excuse my French) to deliver and be a single mom. Any advice from my fellow mommy friends?
@marandagriffith95 I'm 21. having my first with no help its scary
I was like that with my first. but honestly when she came, my instincts kicked in and u just know how to be everything the baby needs. I didn't even care that he wasnr around or helpful. yeah it gets hard sometimes but u got it...trust me. just believe in yourself
I have alot of anxiety attacks at night along with nightmares and this is my second and I've never had an anxiety attack until this pregnancy my Dr said some people develop it during pregnancy and it goes away after you have the baby ,but just try and breathe when it happens I have to count and remember you can do this I was a single mother with my first at 15 and he's 5 now and happy and healthy as can be , you got this!
@avie I suppose you're right. its just a big change. And I'm about to be doing it alone and I guess in a way I never foresaw this in my future. and I never foresaw my child being what broke me and my fiance up. its frustrating and its constant fear that I might not have made the right choice. and that scares me so bad. so bad. like I know I work myself up too much. but I don't know what to expect. and at the same time that I love my baby I'm just scared
I'm so sorry you got hurt like that. I hope you're alright and resting today 😧😥 I'm a FTM with general anxiety also. It's of course elevated since I got pregnant and I sometimes get freaked out by the thought that my life is about to flip upside down. It scares me to think my life won't revolve around just me anymore but around baby. I know that sounds selfish but I think it's a pretty normal thing to worry about. The best things that help my anxiety are staying healthy, getting fresh air, exercise and in those anxious moments drinking calming teas. Since we're so far along and made the decision to be mommies we have to face our fears 😓 as scary as it may sound. I think the ones who worry most make the best moms at that. So I'm confident you'll be a good mom. If you need any reassurance or are feeling anxious, feel free to inbox me ✨☺️
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
So how do you Ladies feel about birth control. I'm against it cause I want my body to do what it naturally does. I've faced infertility issues so I'm not for it but my mom feels I should be on it after I have Tyson.
I'm so upset my husband just informed me, that my 16 yr. Old daughter told him while I was gone that I was a bad Mom with too many kids, that I was dumb because I dropped out of school, that she wanted to part in meeting her new sister in December. I'm so broken and don't know what to do!
How many moms are against the flu shot ? I haven't got it and my son hasn't either and I'm really not planning to. But so far an infant died already here in California because of the flu. So I'm scared
In need of a huge rant 🙄 I'm so fed up of people especially my ex's mom..she's basically said I got myself into this situation..I'm pretty sure I didn't get myself pregnant 😂😂😂😂
I'm sure it's scary, but situations like this are what makes us resilient. The way I look at it is like this, (not sure with your case) but if our mommas did it so can we. We have more resources too compared to our parents.
