TMI QUESTION!!!!!

Ok so I had a csection and I have been bleeding since then, it's been a month. it started to slow down and eventually stopped and turned into a light brown discharge. well then it went straight into bright blood..did I start my period right after post partum bleeding or is post partum bleeding your first period ????
