Wish I had someone I trust enough to babysit out here...my husband and I are LONG over due for some alone time.
I feel the same way. We haven't had a date night for two years almost! It's hard to just trust anyone with your baby.
I feel the same way. My husband is always wanting to get a baby sitter but I can't do it. Let a stranger watch my baby no thank you. I'm too paranoid.
@p0790, we do too, but it would be nice to be able to get out of the house and do something together for once
My husband and I, have us time whenever the baby falls asleep, wed put her to bed early, watch a show and eat pizza

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Girl do it! Believe me when i tell you, a couple needs "couple time". Have a night to eachother if theres someome you trust to watch your baby. It doesnt have to be every weekend either, but its important to spend that time together. We're parenting 24/7, sometimes its really needed. We (my SO & i) disconnected on so many levels. Along the list of reasons why was this. We were mommy & daddy all the time and kind of just forgot about eachother. Try to still have your date nights like before. Just bc we're parents does not mean you can't be the couple you once were.
